KNOWLEDGE TREE

Mural for Oviedo Institute in León, Guanajuato.

This mural is in the Kinder and Elementary School section at Oviedo Institute. The art was designed thinking on the height and vision of the children that use that stairs. Flowers of their size that grow while they are going up the stairs, in the middle there is a huge tree that goes up to the ceiling among the sky (one side day, the other side night). The concept is that the children see this big and strong tree as a reference of identity and goal, this tree with science, lecture, family, friends, technology, sport and culture values…the core element of the tree is a heart that gives energy to all the tree, love is the knowledge ignition.

ÁRBOL DEL CONOCIMIENTO

Mural en Instituto Oviedo. León, Guanajuato

Mural para el Instituto Oviedo. Al ser un mural en la sección de Jardín de Niños y Primaria, la pieza se diseñó pensando en la altura y ángulo de visión de los niños que suben esas escaleras. La idea es que son flores de su tamaño que van crecienro mientras suben, en el descanso de las escaleras está un árbol que sube hasta el plafón donde se ve la copa del árbol con el cielo (de un lado de día y del otro de noche). Que los niños se identifiquen y se visualicen con ese árbol de conocimiento fuerte, grande y colorido, donde adentro tiene elementos como el deporte, la cultura, la ciencia, la familia, los amigos, tecnología, entre otros…y lo más importante es que el centro del árbol está un corazón que irradia energía hacia todos lados, el amor como motor del conocimiento.
